REFUNDS & RETURNS – CANDLES + HANDCRAFTED GOODS

All of our candles, body products, and handcrafted items are made in small batches and individually inspected before shipment. Because these items are custom-poured, scent-sensitive, and perishable once burned or opened — all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Candles that have been burned or lit

  • Items that have been used, opened, or altered

  • Orders where the fragrance, color, or aesthetic “was not as expected”
    (scent preference is subjective)

We only offer replacements if your item arrives damaged in transit.

To qualify, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos showing:

  1. The product

  2. The shipping box

  3. The shipping label

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.


Refunds are not issued Thank you for understanding — this protects product integrity, prevents fragrance tampering, and ensures every customer receives a brand-new untouched candle.
